Problem: My browser wants to download the CGI or ISA file
instead of displaying the RWP web page.
Solution: This behavior indicates that the
WebPoster directory has not been set for execute permissions or
the IRWP_WEBPOSTER account is not allowed to execute in the WebPoster
directory. Setting the proper permissions in both the web server
software and in Windows should alleviate this issue.
