Problem: After installing the RWP 1.2 over RWP 1.1 on
Windows NT 4, the website is no longer accessible.
Solution: There is a bug in the RWP installer
that affects Windows NT 4 installations. The installer deletes
the existing permissions on the WebPoster directory and only adds
the IRWP_WEBPOSTER account to the directory security. The problem
that is created is that the Administrator no longer access to
this folder nor does the IIS 4 run-time account: IUSR_machinename.
Both accounts need to be added to this directory manually in order
to allow the Administrator to manipulate Reference Web Poster
and so that IIS can serve the WebPoster directory (mapped as the
RIS virtual directory in the IIS console).
