Problem: When I load the RWP web page my images do not
show up. How do I correct this?
Solution: There are two cases where this
can happen. At 72% the installer is searching the hard-drive for
a version of Netscape's Web Server. If the hard-drive is large
then it may take a while for the installer to have searched the
hard-drive.
More commonly, the installer hangs at 72% due to
a problem where the directories created for Web Poster do not
inherit the rights and permissions of the parent directory and
the installer cannot proceed. This usually happens when RWP 1.2
is being installed over RWP 1.1 or 1.0 on NT 4 systems. To avoid
this problem, use the uninistaller to uninstall the previous version
of RWP. Also delete the RWP registry keys manually (see
troubleshooting guide) as well as the RWP directories in C:\Program
Files. Upon starting a new installation, RWP should not hang.
