Problem: Can I have my posted databases on another machine
or do they have to be on the web server?
Solution: It is possible to have databases on a shared
folder on another machine and be able to post them to Reference
Web Poster however, unless you are running Reference Manager®
9 Network Edition, Reference Web Poster and LAN users will not
be able to share access to a database. Note: if the webserver
and the network are divided by a firewall or proxy server you
should contact your network administrator, IS or IT department
to determine the feasibility of this scenario.
